NOTICE: We do not make any information on our customers
available to any one for any reason. All personal, financial and
credit card information is kept in strict confidence. No customer
financial information is kept on file. REFUND/RETURN POLICY: Santas purchased from our Gallery may be returned for credit or refund so long as it is in the original packaging and undamaged (minus shipping). The return postmark on the Santa must be five days, or less, from the date of delivery. All accessories must be included along with the original certificate of authenticity. Forward and return shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a Santa that is damaged, notify us and the delivering company ASAP! We do not make refunds or exchanges on custom made Santas or Santas purchased at a public show. Jill’s Santas reserves the right to photograph every Santa we make and to use those photos for display or publicity. Deposits on custom orders are not refundable. The purchase of a doll does not transfer the right to reproduction unless a prior agreement has been reached between the buyer and Jill's Santas for the specific purpose of reproduction and/or duplication. Unless otherwise specified, Jill's Santas retains the manufacture and reproduction rights to all of our sculptured images. PAYMENT METHOD: We accept VISA, Master Card, personal checks and money orders. For each returned check there is a $20 service charge. Biker Santa jackets and shirts should never have to be removed, however if it is absolutely necessary to do so, contact us first to make arrangements to return the doll to me. The hands must be detached and reattached in specific way and sequence. As long as any alterations to the doll are done by us, the certificate of authenticity will not be voided. If you have an outfit that you would like your Santa dressed in, please contact Jill before sending it. WARRANTY: Each of our dolls are carefully and skillfully constructed. If a doll has been damaged in shipping, please notify the carrier immediately and then us. With careful handling, your doll should never need to be repaired, however, sometimes things happen. If you need to have a repair or alteration made, please contact Jill before you ship the doll. Every doll is an original. A copy of each certificate of authenticity as well as detailed photographs are kept on file. One-of-a-kind hand sculpted dolls very often appreciate in value. To be sure your custom sculpted Santa appreciates as much in value as possible, it must not be altered in any way. If you would like some changes made, please call Jill first. If she can make the changes you want, you will have to return the original certificate of authenticity along with the doll. After the changes are made a new certificate will be issued. All of Jill's dolls are made using real accessories whenever possible. They are NOT toys for children to play with. Please keep dolls out of the reach of children at all times. Never leave your doll where it may be accessed by an unsupervised child.
